The rosehips that add a beautiful zing to the sauce were foraged in Naramata Village, the cider vinegar made in house and the honey comes from local purveyors.
Use this to lightly dress a slaw, green salad, a sauce for fish such as halibut or black cod. This is a very versatile sauce! Thanks Ned and the Naramata Inn Team!
